Your tips are great. All the things I normally do. I like the fact that you tell people to do whats best for them because not everyones hair level is the same. Also the importance of blood flow to the brain. Youre on the right path. You learn from error. Great

Thanks for taking the time to make this video sharing these very important healthy hair tips, that have proven to be very successful during your HHJ. When it comes to most of the tips shared, i do actually practice them, and have seen a big difference in the health of my hair as a result of such. One thing that i don't regularly do is to use a leave in conditioner, because I often use products in my hair that work great at detangling my hair and moisturizing it too, so for me they double as both a leave in+curl styler (as i do hapen to wear my hair natural). I have honestly never practiced sealing my hair with an oil. My hair is mainly on the fine side, even though it is naturally very dry, and i can only apply pure hair oils to my hair and scalp as pre-cleanse treatments only. I can't actually apply a pure oil or oils directly to my hair and leave it in, as unfortunately it makes my hair look and feel greasy and weighed down. However, my hair has no problem handling natural hair oils as ingredients in my hair styling products and in the moisturizers that i choose to use, though.
I don't use Ecostyler gel or any other hard holding gels on my hair, because they happen to dry my hair out quite alot. When i do choose to use gel, i use a natural based styling gel that gives my hair mosture and hold, without leaving my hair with a very firm hold. As, i don't like for my hair to feel cruchy or hard at all. I do own edge control gels, but their not something that i use all the time, because most of the time, i can simply get away with just using my styling product of choice to tame my hair as well as my edges with.
And, i couldn't agree more with you, when you said that patience is key. It was something that i had to learn at the beginning of my HHJ to really do, but i am truly glad that I did. -
Great tips! I don't really leave comments but I just love your channel! Your content is always interesting and easy to understand and follow. And you keep your videos pretty short. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your journey with us!

When you say "wrap your hair" do you mean to wear a scarf to to actually "wrap" it around your head?
