I read that sleeping with you hair out is also bad for your hair. So what should I do? Let my hair out during the night or make a bun? The other thing is that I have to put my hair into a bun if I don't want to wash my hair, because my hair looks greasy. So what is better? Washing your hair more frequently or putting it into a ponytail? Thank you for you answer and I admire your hair!
